Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is a member-owned health insurance company and is the third-largest commercial health insurer in the United States as the licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association for five states. My role consisted of streamlining the company’s employer-specific offerings through the development of navigation hierarchies, taxonomies, user journeys, and refining the overall user experience.
