Synovus is a financial services company with approximately $45 billion in assets providing commercial and retail banking, investment, and mortgage services through 249 branches across the southeastern United States. I developed audience personas, messaging matrices, user journeys, product flows and experiences for their branch optimization efforts and the upcoming launch of their new digital banking and cryptocurrency products.
